Ever since I finished my studies, it has been my aim to build bridges between the interests of organizations and the people within these organizations.
I did so first as an intern in personnel and organization development and later as an external consultant and moderator. Here I could nicely contribute my clear und unbiased perspective “from the outside”, provide an overview and support through open “listening”. During my work I frequently experience myself reducing complexity, getting to the point without forgetting the humor and offering my customers a mirror in form of simple images.
Since 1991 I have been working in leadership training. A lot has changed for executives: The demand has increased. What makes me happy is when I see healthy common sense, good gut feeling, clear and present understanding of leadership in my conversation partner, during a coaching or a process consultation. These forms (again) the key to success. Here I will gladly provide my support.
